1. Delivery Coverage
BodyPharm ships across Metro Manila and the wider Philippines in secure, trackable, cold-chain packaging.
2. Delivery Timing
Orders ship in secure, trackable, cold-chain packaging. Delivery timing is confirmed at checkout.
3. Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Orders are packaged to maintain temperature integrity and compound stability in transit.
4. Shipping Fees
Delivery is arranged with you over WhatsApp. Shipping is calculated separately based on your delivery location and confirmed before your order is finalised.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with delivery tracking details. You can also check your order status from your Account dashboard.
6. Temperature-Controlled Handling
Research compounds are handled and transported under appropriate conditions to preserve product integrity. Orders are packed with insulated materials where required.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or unavailability, we will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp. A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.
