Returns & Refund Policy

1. We Do Not Accept Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the requirement to preserve product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. This applies to all products, whether opened or unopened.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or returned.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, or for an order cancelled before dispatch, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
