    NAD+ (ฮฒ-Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, CAS 53-84-9) is a coenzyme central to redox metabolism, cycling between NAD+ and NADH across glycolysis, the citric acid cycle, and the electron transport chain. It is also the consumed substrate for the sirtuins, PARPs, and cyclic ADP-ribose synthases (CD38 and CD157).
    These dependencies place it at the intersection of energy metabolism, DNA repair, and stress signalling in laboratory systems. A well-documented age-associated decline in tissue NAD+ underlies much of the senescence research using the coenzyme and its precursors. Supplied for in vitro and laboratory research only.
