    Research Background
    CJC-1295 (No-DAC), or Modified GRF 1-29, is a GHRH analogue with substitutions that resist enzymatic degradation. Lacking the Drug Affinity Complex of the DAC form, it has a short half-life and drives pulsatile, rather than sustained, somatotroph activation, which is why it is studied as a tool for physiological GH pulse dynamics. Ipamorelin is a selective GHSR-1a agonist studied for pulsatile GH release with minimal cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH effect.
    Pairing a GHRH analogue with a GHSR-1a agonist is of interest because the two act on distinct receptor pathways; combined exposure has been reported to raise GH pulse amplitude and IGF-1 signalling in rodent models. Supplied for in vitro and laboratory research only.
