    Research Background
    BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157, CAS 137525-51-0, ~1419 g/mol) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide studied in vitro and in preclinical models for interactions with nitric oxide signalling, VEGF and EGF growth-factor pathways, and cytoprotection. TB-500 is a synthetic form of the actin-sequestering peptide Thymosin Beta-4, studied for actin dynamics, cell migration, and angiogenesis.
    The two are examined together because their proposed mechanisms, growth-factor modulation and cytoskeletal regulation, are distinct but may overlap in tissue-remodelling assays. These observations come from cell and animal models and are not established in humans. Supplied for in vitro and laboratory research only.
